Random Pokemon Card Generator

Press Generate Pokemon card to select one species at random from the same 1025-entry pool used by the main Pokemon generators. The displayed card presents the Pokemon name, National Pokedex number, artwork, types, generation, and associated region. Draw again whenever you want a fresh prompt; each click is independent and every species in the pool can be selected.

This is deliberately a Pokemon card-style generator rather than a Pokemon TCG pack simulator. It does not claim to reproduce a printed card, expansion, rarity, attack text, market price, or pull rate. The narrow purpose keeps the tool quick: it turns a random species into a visual card that can anchor a game or creative activity.

Use one draw as a sketch subject, a quiz answer, a profile mascot, or the first member of an imaginary party. In a group, players can draw one card each and explain how their Pokemon would contribute to a team. Teachers and parents can also use the visible type and generation details for simple classification or memory games.

For a longer challenge, draw six cards and record the species as a roster, allow one redraw per person, or require every new prompt to come from a different type.
